YEA (Yamuna Expressway Industrial Development Authority) has taken up the prestigious work of developing 164 KM long Noida to Agra expressway along Yamuna river on the eastern side of it. 

The project of expressway is being executed by the reputed Jaypee Infratech Ltd. and is expected to be completed and operational by Dec 2011. 

YEA is in the process of developing state of the art residential and industrial townships all along this expressway.  It will also have a Night Safari in addition to the Formula One track being developed by the Jaypee Infratech Ltd.

YEA has recently launched residential plots scheme in Sectors 18 and 20 which has plots of 300, 500, 1000, 2000 and 4000 sq meters @ Rs.4750/-.  The payment plan 1 requires an allottee to deposit 50% of the total by Jan 2010 while payment plan 2 requires an allottee to deposit 30% payment by Jan 2010.  Balance payment is payable in 16 half yearly installments with interest @ 12% per annum.
